That is a totally separate newcomer [not new to this or the other forum, only to the legal battle] Tiggy who is attempting to start a class action. He is also currently listed on our Hot Copper database to participate in our class action to obtain justice and compensation.

This person [not David Roberts], with his call for funds is definitely not yet endorsed by those of us undertaking the main action although we have been approached by him. Apart from the fact his post contains a number of "inaccuracies", our view is that it only serves to undermine, destabilise, and dilute the efforts, information, informants, and legal arrangements already being made on your behalf but we invite the person and their information to join with us in a common fight.

If they truly want a united front, given the information and data we have amassed and the fact we are close to commencing the action, then it would make obvious commercial and practical sense to join us and present his proof jointly with ours rather than just confuse the situation. We would be that much stronger and success would almost be assured. We have some well respected, powerful commercial figures acting on your behalf already and he would do well to combine all of his resources in to one common, combined fight with us if he is as passionate about justice as we are!

I am very receptive to communication provided they are along those lines. Maybe we can yet get together. Up to him now.

IF it is decided to amalgamate our resources you will be informed by email but at this point, unless he alters his stance that is not planned. We are very confident of the quality of our information, our informants, willingness to testify if required, where we are currently at regarding progress, and of course we have the backing of you people - all 260 of you representing about 45 million shares.

We do not ask for any money at all and registration etc. is totally without obligation.

We will advise if our stance changes but for the moment we are forging ahead quite well and it is business as usual.
