I have to ask... why in heck does Ed Husic need to include the sentence (ie "In doing so, I emphasise my commitment to considering the applications impartially and inline with the relevant legislation and guidelines.")? Is he suggesting that somehow he may be tempted to act in a BIAS manner and not in accordance with the LAW????? IS there some pressure to do otherwise then to act legally????
YOU are a Minister of the Crown..U take oaths and are required by the very position to be fair/impartial and follow the law!!!!
Me thinks there might be some TALK within the zombie ranks???..lol
