Absolutely he wanted this out there. But I can’t see any suggestion in it that he would be tempted or inclined to act in an unbiased way (overtly in that sentence I mean), for the exactly the same reason: he wanted it out there and on record that he totally wouldn’t be biased. Honestly. Cross my heart. See, I even told MK how unbiased I am.
