There is a juducial hearing next week for the purpose of seeking an order that will require the respondent make a decision in 45 days.
There exists a very good probability that the order will be granted, or in even better, the respondent will consent to the requirement without the need for further hearings.
FYI, this hearing will be next week.
This is very positive news and demonstrates the commitment to progress the approval.
MMR will be having a CR soon and then a re-instatment to the ASX. This has got many excited and I am more than confident that exisiting share holders will take up their entitlement and any short fall will be scooped up by others.
