Well the thing that IS VERY CLEAR to me is this:
NOPTA sent the JA Advice for both 2020 and 2021 Applications on 17th October 2023 + COVERING LETTER + DRAFT DECISION LETTER - to which the Governments have completely IGNORED and DELAYING
AND
NSW is doing its own assessment????!!!!!..... UNDER what POWERS and AUTHORITY do they have to re-ASS-ASS the application(s)???
