    Happy with that and pretty much as reckoned Ron.

    Next up should be the docs for NEWCO - due mid Feb - and the key here is the record date but HAW can press the button on gold drilling right now.

    For me t/o of the IO -whether agreed or hostile - likely end March when the Company splits.
