suchislfe, the ann itself is not strong enough to stem the flow away from energy compnaies at present. ROC acquire another permit that hasnt had any discoveries, they pay all the drilling and seismci and the chinese oil compnay can back in if succesful. not the appraisal asset i was looking for them to add, this is more exploration in my view
