i heard about those halcon results about 3 months ago.. they run real long laterals, double waht we run in the efs currently, but they know the shale well, and they have got acreages for peanuts..

they ran a great outfit in petrohawk which bhp purchased, and rebadged after they sold the EFS.. like Talon has post texon

it has relevance to Austin as they have similar ops near by them if i understood it correctly
