Nice read, very conservative and timing Suss BUT these report valuations usually run a SP above that valuation (lets hope so).
The HF sales in year one @ 17t is interesting as Ian has estimated up to 30t shortfall in 2015 (possibly much more). Demand would instantly skyrocket if we sell for $500kg instead of the spot price of $1200kg ish (I would think).
All fingers crossed and happy days ahead.
