The company has announced a prospectus will be lodged within two months, to fund section 6 of today's announcment.

The proposed two year exploration budget of US$3m would be covered by yesterday's options excercise announcement alone, and surely there's more to come.

Perhaps the prospectus is to allow a bigger player to come in. It will be interesting to see the placement price. Can't imagine it to be under 6c.
