I think you'll find the reason that they both look the same is because they are both the infrastructure from the old signs from years ago.
Therefore you can see there's relatively little to no improvement, I know the guys at the coy said January, but did they mention what year?
Just kidding, but seriously compare the Turkey sign to the 4ts sign and you can see that the progress is minimal, don't hold your breath guys, this is going to be a long wait.
