A miners right allows only limited activity, not systematic exploration in lieu of tenure that could be a nuisance to the pastoralist and other stakeholders. First rule is don’t upset the locals particularly if you want the tenements granted in a timely manner. When miners work with the pastoralists and Aboriginal heritage managers things can go incredibly smoothly and all access issues can be resolved.
