The other problem that AWD will have if they do not raise the capital at 0.007 and wish to amend this lower (or change the structure by adding more oppies) will mean they will need to hold an EGM to pass the new placement details.
Not sure why they just did not just raise the AGM amendment to being "To undertake a capital raising to the maximum amount of $10m within the next 3 month". They kind of box themselves in saying its "0.007 and 1:4 opppies".
