Three problems for XRO with shifting subscribers on starter plans with 1 payroll from $32pm to $70pm - imho:
- Potentially lose small subscribers
- Potentially not gain as many small subscribers, as they look at competitors
- They lose trust, as remaining small subscribers see the ground shifting under their feet.
