Dont think so. I bought this on the announcement and not familiar with the initial issue. However, most shares are tightly held by a handful and being difficult to accumulate.

Mineral Securities hold 30 million of the 68 million issued ordinaries. Anthony Barton , the non executive chairman holds 3.75 million and became a substantial holder buying on-market after the announcement. No trader churns therefore no cheap shares hence the share price moving up fast on low volume. Cheers
