In terms of the IBM approach comment, IBM said that laptops would NEVER become popular. The IBM approach applied to CSL would've been to not re-invest 10% of your earnings into R&D for future gains and not consider companies such as Vifor with the aim to not only continue to grow, but also diversify into other, growing markets. We're yet to see how that fully plays out. But CSL is no IBM.
