Alan,

I thought i read on the BAU thread a while ago something about UAE building a refinery for Aluminia and one thing it doesn't have is the bauxite. Energy is cheap there as well for a refinery to be built.

The only thing i do not understand if it was for the Bauxite, in the original JV with Norsk Hydro all of UMC's Bauxite share will be taken up by NH.

Unless they are trying to muscle in.

Thoughts please?
