You are plainly wrong. It does. The redistribution has occurred across all 13 of the now 15 (previously 16) divisions. The redistribution was predicted to affect a 8.6% swing across the state.

A swing is a change in margin. The margins across most electorates have changed due to the redrawing of electoral boundaries...
