The logic of your response is that the team Jacinta Allan inherited was not high performing (hence you posted Jacinta needs to develop a high performing team before the next election).
The real issue is that the team Jacinta Allan inherited has been the same low performing Labor team for a few years. Victoria has been poorly treated with a low performing Labor team.
