My son and daughter in law each work at major metropolitan hospitals here in Melbourne. The last 3 months of absolute chaos in hospitals ED’s and the state Labor government imposing draconian cost cuts and service cuts is the best lesson these two could receive in how not to manage a health service. ..

The same thing happened back in the 1980’s when Labor minister ‘Snappy’ Tom Roper did the same thing and created chaos. That was enough for my wife to leave the public health system and work in private practice. She changed her vote at the next election and has voted LNP ever since. She is gutted that it is happening again this time we have two more family members in the health system both suffering workload stress and job retention stress.

The current VIC Labor government is operating like a coop of headless chickens without a real leader.

.God help Victoria. Let’s cut out this Labor cancer at the first opportunity.
