Please guys find something else to chat about I am up to my mittys having to hear about chm constantly, I hope it does go to court so that we can knock it on the head once and for all, they should have taken the peace offering by mmx a couple of months back when it went to mediation, mmx did the right thing by making an offer so tough luck on chm.

Now has anyone got any news from the directors or anyone in mmx to when we are going to hear about rocklea or jack hills stage 2.

I dont think chm is going to make a huge jump for us in SP unfortunately they did the damage well and truly for us and it will take some time to pull out - realistically we should be able to sue them for great losses but never seems to work that way eh.
