I, as perhaps many, have exhausted my Optimism in regard to AustralianLegal Justice delivering iron-clad outcomes for the wronged masses. Especially surprising is how unhelpful J. Perram was with
Directions at the beginning of the case.
I recall many occasions of requests for trimming Plaintiff's submissions,
yet there was not an inkling of friendly suggestion to insert co-contribution
action at the same time. Seems a waste of goodwill.
And ASIC seems to be sitting on its laurels from measly Westpoint win
with hands folded.
