It would be very helpful if IMF were to let us know what the ramifications are of the latest CA news. The Court Orders open up a Pandora’s box of worrying thoughts for a layman. For instance, has our case now lost firepower or will it be again endlessly delayed before going to trial? A happier thought would be that IMF saw this tactic coming well in advance and regard it as rmerely a routine event.
By the way, there are many thousands of CA members who have no idea of the latest developments.
