I don't know how many times Paul and Glen were to present the Company to Investors. I hope CDB has catched some major investors. As i said CDB needs more substantial Investors to support the share price. But it is clear they have to make a deal with CDB.

No one would buy shares if there is no chance of success. This is the problem. This is the point i guess CDB might preparing an offtake agreement with a company to sell the coal. This company could be looking to invest into CDB by way of buying shares on the market. This company could be a cornerstone and substantial shareholder.

Part of the agreement might be a sell of coal on a hedged price. Or free delivering of about xxx tonnes of coal of an amount about $ 5 mio.

There are lot of solutions.... I think Michael will find the right one for CDB.
