Coming back to the point of the thread.........
I don't think this will effect BG or any other big multi-national from getting involved as it is mainly concentrating on state-owned enterprises, and probably only the Chinese would fall into this category.
I don't think Australia can stop well-regulated private sector multinationals from getting involved without causing a tit-for-tat trade war or some trouble with the WTO.
