i unfortunately am also sitting on a large blr loss. luckily i bought some western on its recent dip and i am most pleased with its recent performance and future. as for those sitting on 90% blr losses, i feel sorry for them. but for them to act as frustraters to a deal that will make up some of their losses is to me quite frankly, asinine . and short sighted. and ignorant. and dangerous. obviously all my opinion (Gday HC monitor/censor/big brother)

as for takeover by stealth, that is completely rubbish and statements like that are 100% false. every major news service globally has mentioned this takeover.

but i do not why glasier has not lower that offer price from ,6 to ,3. that would be a take over via market related multiples.
