Anyway looking at your chart from novice eyes
if you draw a vertical line at 2018 and another at 2020 then delete this entire period . .

the "new chart" then looks like a typical continuation ie business as usual tracking sideways chart or a "business re-start' with greater foundations and solid ARR runs on the board
