Agreed. He needs to step aside. The board needs to step up to the plate for investors and advise him to step into a new role. He will stubbornly drive his own investment south staying in the role of CEO. You can be rest assured if his pay package is still inflated, he’s heading for a November strike.
Shareholders will no longer tolerate having a CEO who’s credibility is no longer intact in the market.
