More and more I am thinking you are right. I advocated for him last 12 months but when I was listening to him at the last meeting I realized that as a CEO he needs to talk a little bit differently. He can be an issue for many investors and maybe also an issue for some potential new customers.
I think a guy who has a background from a software house like a software consulting company would be much better in the CEO role for LVT. LVT is a software company and all the top management included the CEO should have a background in developing the software for customers. And I do not feel from Karl that he has this kind of background.
