Well IMO
Almost a 1 billion market cap and increasing ARR.

However, as to be objective on both pros and cons of course, ARR means nothing if there is no derived sustainable long term net profit.
The ARR also doesn't mean anything to me, if they are doing CR raises every so often.

So until there ARR cashflow is funding their growth and that Net profit starts becoming a reality and achieving sustainable growth, you will then see the share price reflect what the equity is worth.

IMO - 12 month target us $0.50 cents conservative, If they start signing all these major players after this deal, and they hit the Net Profit box tick.
You could be looking at $2.00 - $3.00 in 2024.

Plan of action needed for share price growth:
ARR needs to cover operational costs and deliver growth and net profitwithout raising the CR word again.
