Yea I dont know how goodwill impairment works with debt convenant. Any idea? I remember PBG was doing similar things but actually sold some brands. I am very interested in MYR but cant really value it at the moment. Whats your intrinsic value? Taking out all goodwill doesnt help because sales drop is 6%... i mean 1-2% is still ok but 6% for expensive retail is damaging. But I guess they have high chance of cycling it positively next FY. At the moment it is worth more like $0.350. Bit tricky this situation.
