Did you get the letter from Lew ??
He is discussing with the other major shareholders to get support to dump all the directors in a Vote at an Extraordninary meeting.
In the Letter, it implies that Lew believes he wont even need mum and dad shareholders to vote.
He reckons he is close to having the Numbers to Vote out the board and install a new Board.
If he dosnt have the numbers from the major shareholders, we will get another letter asking for support.
I cant see how we have any other choice, Lew is a supplier and a shareholder in MYR.
So he benefits if Myer boosts its sales and performance in the same way we do.
We need retail expertise in all of the new directors, CEO and CFO and Chairman.
Their pay needs to be performance based,
