I don't care whether he drives or doesn't drive. I don't care what his qualifications are. If you say it is unusual that he doesn't have a bachelor of arts degree because most others would, then can't that only be a good thing? Look at what the others that have gone before him have done to the state.
If he can do a better job than the previous administration then who cares what qualifications he has.
