that IMO PSA is looking to do another cap raising. This the second one recently. Last one was with MacQ.
Why?
Well given the current price of NG, the expected coming fall in NG prices combined with the PSA costs (F & D of $1.76), and the projected drill program, I doubt that they'll have enough stash on hand to do it all.
