Yes in fairness I absolutely agree that when the licences come all will be handsomely rewarded and I am absolutely in no way questioning the integrity of the KCN Management..They are just repeating what they beleive to be true.
I work in Thailand and have worked a lot with state run enterprises such as PTT, EGAT and the Road and Traffic Authority...also I work closely with other Thai companies such as PTTEP, Banpu and Italian Thai...so I know a little bit about the frustrations of working with these companies and that is the basis of my posts..also 8 months ago I too was very optimistic about the leases but have been gradually worn down over time...
I guess the point I am trying to make is that my posts are based on solid observations of Thai culture and doing business in Thailand and are not just hot air...
The Thais will always nod and say yes even if the answer is no, particularly if put under pressure...
By the way I too hope very much that I am wrong in my negativity...
