Yes it certainly is time for another negative post....
you keep saying the leases are imminent but what about this statement:
"The Department of Industry and Mines will meet within the next few weeks to approve that the lease application is completed. The lease will then be forwarded to the minister for final signoff."
Holy smoke, even as a pessimist I had assumed this had happened weeks ago and it was sat on the ministers table waiting for signature...how can this in any way be construed as positive...even when they meet in a "few weeks" they still might decide it is not complete and then it could be another "few weeks" more.
Within the next few weeks could mean anything!! This one will definitely not be happening for absolute bare minimum 3 months..absolutely guarenteed that the licences wont come before August now...
It is like listening to a stuck record...
