I would have to agree with Satori, but would expect that by the time PLV need to raise more cash there would be a far larger resource and a far higher sp, so that the dilution would be kept at a mininum.
Also a possibilty is that we end up with a Chinese partner, would would meet all funding requirements to get up and running,for example CXM.
