    I have heard that Portman's.. (Cliff's) are not really into exploration anymore, hence they sold a lot of their non producing assests (including Irvine) but I have seen cases since that defy this. So not really sure.

    Take over .... always a possibility... naaaaahhhhh :)

    The thing about relationship building is consistency.. takeovers do not have that.
