Blu agree on the salaries, seems completely out of kilter based on YOY and annual SP performance. This will be raised at the AGM.
I agree that the company is in a less than ideal position, they don't seem to have many options and they are not really in a position of strength to negotiate.
The current management steered the company to this position and it has not delivered increased shareholder wealth.
They are accountable and they need to tell us what they are going to do about it.
