There is a new July presentation on ADY's website. It is mainly an updated version of the last report. Changes to the demerger blurb suggest the demerger EGM is about to be announced:
"Demerger proposal put to shareholders at EGM to be held in
the first quarter 2008-2009. Expect RLL to be listed in first quarter 2008-2009."
As the announcement has to be at least 30 days before the EGM date the demerger announcement must be immanent.
