How much cash do they need? $8m? Or $6.5m? If they need $8m, where will the difference come from?

Everything is working according to plan, so says the ann. Pads continue to leach well as they trend towards overall planned recovery of 65% to 70%. Grades reconcile to the ore reserve model. So why is forecast production now 20% to 25% below the original forecast, as everything seems to be going swimmingly? And, why should cash costs improve when waste mining will increase significantly from now on?
