I was sure they'd paid 5 times value for the shares, but you sound like you've got it right from AFR, i was going from memory only and should have checked it myself before i posted.

I would be disappointed with a takeover also, purely from a shareholder point of view because i think this company has a greater potential than aconex did if it is given time. Our market cap will match the Aconex takeover price once we get to around $2.10 roughly, which still feels like a long way short of what it could make with a longer term hold.
