While believing bull run on back of expected lift in Hong Kong IPO activity is overstated, analyst believes CPU can continue to deploy cash in growth initiatives including entering new markets, finding complementary businesses and extending its processing capabilities into "high barrier, higher organic growth, and potentially countercyclical businesses."
