Re-read your post. It was a one liner post that made no point. It left it in the air. If you thought it was a positive, then you should have stated it as such. Other posters on other forums are thinking its a negative, that the namibian governement might rescind the leases of current explorers etc.
Others thought this "moratorium" was a new event.
Posting some substantive content as to WHY is was "an interesting read" would have been nice!
