    Because it’s been a basket case for well over a decade. Incompetence from former and current management. Did have several billion shares on issue not long back, a 40 to one consolidation to about 250 million if I recall correctly. Well on the way to multibillion shares again…….Always and I mean always over promised and under delivered.
