years. I don’t think anything they have done
is particularly innovative or clever.After their
move to USA they tendered and won Teva
deal . Simply were Highest Bidder and paid
with huge increase in shareholders and borrowed money. Debt is still there.Trump
gets elected Generic Market trashed. Real
Value of Teva Deal is realised. It still gave
Mayne an IN to Women’s Health In US. Mainly
contraceptives. This led to close association
with Mithra . With a reduction in Revenue and
Profit we had to pay extremely Heavily including
9.6% of Company for E4 . We are now so
Inter- Dependent on Success of Mithra with
both Myring and E4 we are joined at the hip.
They are now going to have Tough Time ahead
IF Mayne has been able to take advantage
of situation with Greenville Plant and Grow
Profits in current half we may be able to Assist
Mithra for share of Their Company.
