I attempted to contact Investor Relations at Mayne in regards to the above announcement made by Mithra-Investor relations and it’s press release and got an answering machine. Rather than leave my
phone number for a call back I left a message in regards to whether Mayne was aware of this press release and if so why they hadn’t reported it to the market given my assessment that it is market sensitive.
I advised that if they don’t alert the market to the press release that I intend to contact ASIC about non
reporting of market sensitive information. It will be interesting to see whether they act on my message or not. If Mayne has Scott Richards mobile number on its site then I will text him about the announcement and ask whether he is aware of it and the non reporting to the market and try and get these guys to get their heads out of their arses and treat the market with the respect that we all deserve as share holders!
