I did calculation of Costs to Mayne for Exclusive US Distribution rights at time of agreement
Should we achieve sales thereby exercising
$295m to Mithra.
I used them current exchange rate and current
share price of Mayne.
Cost $520 M odd.
This did not include Mithra Profit on Product
sales to Mayne. These margins have not been
disclosed. The Profit on Deal to Mithra is Staggering. This includes shareholding value
of Mayne.
This Deal is Potentially bigger than Teva in
in August (memory I think) 2016.
Is Mithra really The Wonder Womens Health
Company we’re being fed.??
Is there more down the line in store?
Will Mithra Be acquiring a larger slice of
Maynes Pie for a song and a Promise ???
