for Decades.
One was only legally settled recently from
30 years agver $1b cash was removed
from a Company.Shareholders hung out to
dry. Call me whatever you wish.
There are many examples over here .
This is just One more Reason to never allow
MD / CEO to remain TOO Long in Control.
Even BHP changes theirs as a matter of
Good Business Practice. No matter how good they are. Familiarity can Breed Contempt.
Temptation is another.
