This requires someone to physically sort the mail, find the cheque, process the cheque and mark the debtor off in the system. Pretty clunky process with inherent risks.

Anyone who pays via paynow or pay later will automatically be reconciled in the receivables system. Accounting firms are looking to streamline as much as possible, this tool will help them do this. I actually think this is brilliant. I believe the accounting firms will be recommending their clients pay through QuickFee as it will directly reduce their administrative burden
